To make these interesting/bring back freshness to the server, I'm considering regenerating the server.
So that you know, it becomes fun again.

Please do, I'm kind of bored and I want Recede back.

Yes. I have nothing left anymore since my home was completely griefed and all my items lava'd.

Plate i'm going to ask you wholeheartedly to please stop trying to keep this server vanilla. You simply can't have a vanilla server and not expect griefing and theft. Here are a few of my ideas. [Fuck the suggestions forum, that forum is massive homo.]
-LWC/Chestlocking
-Logblock [Who placed what and when for ANY BLOCK. ie; Right click a lava source block, find who placed it. Also allows you to see who took what and when from a chest. Also allows rollbacks I believe..]
-Faction/towny/some sort of public protection system where people can protect a small place of land for themselves
-A fully protected 100x100 spawn where people cannot build, place, anything
-20+ hours gametime for placing lava/starting fire [$* Donators can skip this, of course.]
Of course these are suggestions and ideas, but I do believe there are a lot of players who'd like this, too..

What the hell! It was someone who is a whitelisted player so I dont know who. I maybe be putting the server public so I may be adding all such plugins. Maintenance will be done tonight when I get home. I can refresh the seed from work though for now. Any seed suggestions?

Edit: I banned Bioshock. There's a post explaining/justifying it in general.

I don't like the idea of making it public. I predict it to be 10 times worse if it is public. Gut instinct is telling me that it should stay whitelisted.Admin wrote:What the hell! If i put anti grief tools such as chest lock and block placing of lava to new players then there shouldn't be any problems with being public, its how i ran my last server, and there was barely any grief issues, and there were more players

Refreshing done. Loving the new seed. Also thanks for the texture pack Byrd, just wish it was available in higher res :C I've actually learnt how to use 512 packs without any lagg now, so i've been enjoying those.
